As part of its continued growth and brand expansion, Al Haramain Perfumes seeks skilled and experienced Sr. Executive – Brand & Communication to enhance its brand presence and communication strategies
Context
The Sr. Executive – Brand & Communication will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring consistent representation of brands across all platforms. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can effectively manage the brand’s identity, reputation, and customer engagement initiatives on a national and global scale. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including online sales, marketing, sales and supply chain for brand growth and visibility.
Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market trends.
- Showroom Opening & Rebranding: Develop concept designs to open new showroom, kiosks as well as rebranding existing showrooms.
- Communication Management: Oversee and manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, corporate announcements, and digital content.
- Vendor Relations: Identify potentials vendors for the company and maintain communication with them on regular basis.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor brand campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify brand opportunities and customer insights, and incorporate findings into brand strategies.
- Digital Presence: Manage the company’s digital presence, including social media, website content, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, ads, and online content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage brand-related events, sponsorships, and partnerships to maximize brand exposure.
- Budget Management: Manage the brand and communication budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Additional Requirements
- Clear concept of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns and initiatives will get preference.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 7.
- Mentality to travel frequently both inside and outside of Dhaka.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (mandatory) and work space related software: Canva, Google apps etc.
