Al-Muslim Group, based in Bangladesh, is a leading manufacturer of readymade garments and denim products worldwide, making them a top player in the Bangladeshi garment industry. They are looking for Brand Manager in Garments Accessories & Yarn Dyeing. The role is of a Brand Manager, who will play key role in the development and implementation of the integrated Garments Accessories & Dyed Yarn marketing plan to achieve the business goals for the category.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop the New Buyer for Garments Accessories (Embroidery,Drowsting, twiltape,Elastic,Gum tape,Screen printing,Label Printing,Poly and poly recycle,Rib,Quilting,Printing press) & Dyed Yarn Sector.
- Develop Product Quality as per market demands.
- Develop and execute marketing activity in line with the brand marketing plans ensuring consistency with brand values and brand vision.
- Deliver specific innovations as per the brand strategy to deliver growth in the market share and other performance indicator as outlined by the business/function.
- Assist in the development of brand strategies and plans to achieve short and long- term business targets (financial, in-market and online performance).
- Assist in the implementation of brand plans within designated timelines and budget restrictions and in the execution of consumer support programs (Consumer promotion), market research and design.
- Participate in the creative development process and execution of the brand activation.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing competitive and marketplace activity.
- Managing of all day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, creative development, campaign tracking (online / offline) and reporting as necessary.
- Work closely with cross functional team to land flawlessly all marketing related activities and project innovations.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)

- Age 30 to 45 years
