Position Overview:
ADL is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Marketing to lead its deep frozen semen marketing program. The selected candidate will oversee marketing strategy, government coordination, data reporting, and field operations for assigned regions. This role requires both analytical and field-based capabilities to ensure the successful implementation of ADL’s livestock improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage the deep frozen semen marketing program, ensuring effective coverage and performance.

Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing goals for the assigned depot or region.

Assist in designing marketing campaigns to strengthen brand recognition and promote ADL’s livestock products and services.

Maintain close coordination with local DLS (Department of Livestock Services) offices for regular reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annually).

Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies and address challenges.

Maintain all sales and collection records online, ensuring daily updates and accuracy.

Identify and engage potential Pro-Artificial Insemination Workers (Pro-AIWs) from unions under assigned jurisdictions.

Support communication, promotional, and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.

Handle other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in relevant discipline.

Preference for candidates with DVM, B.Sc. in Veterinary Science & AH, or BSc in Animal Husbandry (Hons).

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Animal or Plant Breeding, Marketing, or related sectors.

Prior experience in agriculture or livestock marketing will be considered an advantage.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Proficient in data management, reporting, and digital communication tools.
-
Must be willing to travel across assigned territories.
