Amin Mohammad Group(AMG) is a prominent conglomerate in the country. It is excelling in real estate and various other sectors such as construction, infrastructure, engineering, agro, dredging etc. Amin Mohammad Group is looking for Junior Executive in Marketing & Sales (Land).
Job Responsibilities
- Take initiative to achieve the sales & collection target of the company.
- Set target clients.
- Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
- Find Prospective Client.
- Provide all related information and services to clients as per set service policy of the organization through an effective presentation.
- Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
- Arrange meeting with potential Customer.
- Collect the required documents from customer.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
- Maintain good relationship with clients.
- Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Head of Department/Top Management.
Educational Requirements
- Masters/MBA in Marketing & Sales will get preference.
- Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Sklls
Experience Requirements
- At most 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
land Sales, Sales & Marketing - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
