Job Responsibilities

• Actively participate in developing brand communication action plan and budget in line with set objectives and adhere to attain set targets
• Assist Brand & Activation Manager to ensure effectiveness of each marketing communication initiative
• Prepare event calendar in coordination with cross functional teams and ensure that the events and activations are conducted as per set guideline
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding outdoor & BTL advertisements, giveaways etc.
• Personally visit different locations to monitor POSM, shop sign, billboard, wall paint & other outdoor advertisements
• Communicate with creative agency when required
• Ensure timely production and distribution of brochure, leaflet, giveaways and all other promotional kits
• Actively participate in customer and influencer database development and coordinate data driven marketing communication activities
• Any other tasks as and when required by the management.
