Apex Footwear Limited is responsible for fulfilling demand of footwear, non-footwear, leather and synthetic products through its marketing channels of approx. 250 own retail outlets, 200 franchisees outlets, wholesale/ distribution and e-commerce. The incumbent has to undertake Brand projects for the benefit of the company who will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for company`s success according to trends and customer requirements. The challenge for this role is to ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers. As market keeps changing so the incumbent has to keep brand as per the market trend. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote their products, services and public image. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer`s interest in their products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate continuous growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and developing the brand / product portfolio through brand sales analysis, Portfolio mix and growth strategies in order to ensure brand profitability.
  • Execute strategies and manage marketing campaigns to ensure that products meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
  • Manage and co-ordinate campaign activity to deliver KPI’s and ensure the expenditure within marketing budget.
  • Collect & share market intelligence report for assigned category.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate current customer trends and brand awareness as well as to predict future trends to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and communicate with different internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide reports to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing trade and consumer promotion programs.
  • Implements strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Attention to detail, Creative Thinking, Interpersonal Skills

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

  • Age 27 to 34 years
