Apex Footwear Limited is looking for Brand Executive
Apex Footwear Limited (AFL) is the leading manufacturer, exporter and retailer of leather footwear in Bangladesh. The company’s export unit is the leader in leather footwear export with 15+ destinations across Europe, North America & Asia. They are currently looking for brand executive for their company.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in managing and developing the brand/product portfolio through brand sales analysis, Portfolio mix, and growth strategies in order to ensure brand profitability.
- Execute strategies and manage marketing campaigns to ensure that products meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
- Manage and co-ordinate campaign activity to deliver KPIs and ensure the expenditure within the marketing budget.
- Collect & share market intelligence reports for assigned categories.
- Conduct market research to evaluate current customer trends and brand awareness as well as to predict future trends to maintain consistency in branding.
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and communicate with different internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Provide reports to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing trade and consumer promotion programs.
- Implements strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, and social media.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Required
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Tannery/Footwear - Skilled in branding
Additional Requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the local and global fashion market would be an added advantage.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications
