Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing located in Mirpur. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing budgets, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the website and social media channels. Details responsibilities as below:
· Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
· Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
· Uphold and enhance the company’s brand image.
· Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
· Stay abreast of market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify new opportunities for growth
· Lead and motivate a high-performing marketing team.
· Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
· Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
· Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
· Drive online presence through effective digital marketing strategies.
· Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing for optimal results.
· Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
· Use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
· Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
· Ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
· Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing metrics.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as CMO or in a similar executive-level marketing role
· Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth
· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
· Expertise in traditional and digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and advertising.
· Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing metrics
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in healthcare, marketing agency, or E-commerce industry is a plus.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
· Fluent in Bangla and English language
