On 15 September 2024, the biscuit brand ‘Bakeman’s,’ a part of Akij Insaf Group, has stepped forward to support flood victims as part of its ongoing rehabilitation program. In a show of solidarity, officials from Akij Insaf Group have donated one day’s salary to the Chief Adviser’s Relief Fund.
Bakeman’s has consistently been a supportive presence during critical times in Bangladesh, and this recent initiative continues that legacy.
As part of the ‘Moment Now Beside Flood Victims’ campaign, Bakeman’s has been distributing dry food to flood-affected people in remote areas of Feni, Noakhali, Lakshmipur, and Comilla over the past 10 days.
