The Bangladesh C-Suite Awards 2023, initiated by Bangladesh Brand Forum and presented by the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), celebrated 28 top executives from the business fraternity in Bangladesh.
The gala ceremony, held at Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel on November 11, 2023, acknowledged and honored the accomplishments of business leaders in the country.
ACI Motors, Summit Communications Limited, BSRM, and The Daily Star, along with Aspire to Innovate (a2i), Smart Bangladesh Network, and Nammcon Consultancy Ltd., collaborated to present the awards.
More than 350 business leaders, experts, and professionals attended the grand event, where executives were recognized for their integrity, commitment to excellence, and the ability to build competitive organizations. The award categories spanned various C-suite management roles across diverse industries, including corporate and development sectors.
This year, over 100 nominations from 35 organizations were submitted in 22 categories, showcasing the diverse roles of C-suite management in different industries. A distinguished advisory board, comprising top category experts, rigorously judged the submissions before selecting the winners. Additionally, Bangladesh Brand Forum presented awards in three additional categories.

The esteemed jurors for the Bangladesh C-Suite Awards 2023 included notable figures such as Ashraf Bin Taj, Co-founder and Managing Director of International Distribution Company Bangladesh (Pvt) Ltd., and Syed Ferhat Anwar, President of Asia Marketing Federation (AMF).
In his opening speech at the gala, Shariful Islam, the Founder and Managing Director of Bangladesh Brand Forum, expressed the vision of developing transformative senior leaders for Bangladesh through the awards. The initiative aims to recognize outstanding C-level professionals and share their stories, insights, and journeys with the next generation of leaders for inspiration.

The Bangladesh C-Suite Awards 2023 followed Bangladesh Brand Forum’s flagship initiative, the 7th Leadership Summit, which gathered leaders and experts from various industries to discuss challenges and opportunities for future leadership in the theme “Navigating the Next Frontier: Transforming Organizations for the Future.” The summit included panel discussions, keynote sessions, and insight sessions, providing a roadmap for organizational transformation and sustainable growth.
