Banglalink is hiring Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with media agency in developing high quality digital media plan by understanding audience behavior in digital space and develop optimized digital media mix.
  • Coordinate with Brands team to understand campaign brief, relay that to media agency and mediate negotiations to acquire advertising space across digital media platforms.
  • Oversee timely execution of digital media campaigns, liaise with Brands team to guide and ensure proper delivery of campaign creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide optimization feedback to media agency and analyze every touchpoint/piece of content or messaging involved in a dedicated digital marketing campaign.
  • Collaborate with Brand Team to drive digital communications.
  • Liaise and guide advertising agencies in media planning and implementation, review all Digital plans shared by Media Agency and make recommendations.
  • Monitor Agencies’ performance and evaluate in light of effectiveness of brand placement and customer response.
  • Manage end-to-end process of formulation of yearly campaign budget and Digital Media budget to monitor, control and report expenditure against all financial budgets.

Academic Qualification:

  • BBA (Preferably in Marketing)/BSC Degree from any UGC approved University

Job Experience Required:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant area

Required Capabilities:

  • Advanced knowledge in Brand Strategy and Brand Campaign Planning focusing on Digital Media, Creative Design Principles, Facebook Marketing, Instagram Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Google Advertising, Programmatic Advertising
  • Sound expertise in the following Tools: Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Canva
  • Basic knowledge in ChatGPT, Midjourney and Other AI Tool Prompts
