Banglalink has reported continued growth across its digital platforms: MyBL, Toffee, and RYZE. This is part of its strategy to expand digital access and bridge service gaps across Bangladesh.

MyBL, the company’s telecom-backed super app, now exceeds 8.3 million monthly active users (MAUs), marking a 6% increase over the past six months. The app provides telecom services alongside mobile recharge, entertainment, gaming, online education, healthcare, and utility payments, aiming to deliver integrated digital experiences for a wide range of users.

Notably, the app’s commerce section has recorded 17% growth in usage during the same period. Services such as utility bill payments, travel bookings, and online healthcare have seen increased adoption, particularly in areas with limited traditional infrastructure.

Toffee, Banglalink’s free infotainment platform, experienced a 38% rise in MAUs, driven by demand for live TV, sports, and original content. Its accessible format continues to attract users from semi-urban and rural regions, expanding reach beyond conventional media.

RYZE, Banglalink’s AI-supported learning platform, has also seen a modest increase in activity. Focused on skill-building for young users, it offers mobile-first courses in communication, career development, and entrepreneurship.

Together, these platforms support the company’s broader goal of fostering digital inclusion. With 68% of the population living in rural areas and over 117 million mobile internet subscribers nationwide, Banglalink’s services are positioned to address gaps in education, healthcare, and financial access.

The company views this digital expansion as a contribution to national priorities aimed at improving digital literacy and enabling inclusive growth. Its platform-led approach reflects the shifting role of telecom operators as enablers of wider digital participation across the country.
