The Mohakhali flyover in the capital has undergone a vibrant transformation as part of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited’s ‘Wrong BodleRongin Kori’ campaign.

Mayor Atiqul Islam from Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) personally inspected the project, witnessing the colorful transformation. This initiative involves adorning the underbody and side walls of the flyover with vibrant street art, showcasing the diverse hues of Berger Paints.

The images now gracing the flyover beautifully depict Bangladesh’s rich culture and traditions, bringing life to the city’s infrastructure.

Mayor Atiqul Islam expressed his delight during the inspection, emphasizing how a city isn’t just a concrete jungle but a canvas for artistic expression. He highlighted the significance of incorporating heritage and culture into the cityscape, offering respite amidst the city’s hustle and bustle. He praised Berger Paints for actively participating in projects that enhance the city’s art, architecture, and heritage.

Representatives from Berger Paints, including Managing Director Rupali Chowdhury, Chief Operating Officer Md Mohsin Habib Chowdhury, and Chief Business Officer Abul Kasem Mohammad Sadeque Nawaj, attended the inspection.

Rupali Chowdhury, Berger Paints’ managing director, expressed her sentiments, mentioning how this art on modern structures like flyovers offers a visual treat to those stuck in city traffic. She highlighted how the colors and beauty of these artworks bring peace to the minds of the city dwellers and reconnect the city to its cultural roots. Berger’s commitment to infusing color aesthetics with positivity is evident in this initiative and will continue in the future.

This project is part of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited’s broader campaign that has previously transformed various establishments, including AponNibaash, Probortok Square, Jamaal Khan Square in Chattogram, Ferighat Square in Khulna, and KDA Bhaban, among others.
