Bikroy ensures the widest selection of items up to 50 different categories of products all over the country. Currently they are hiring Executive / Sr. Executive for Online Marketing.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing online marketing and SEO campaigns through various marketing channels in support of business objectives, as well as focus on the planning, strategy, execution, maintenance and optimization.

Responsibilities:

● Plan and execute paid online marketing campaigns through Facebook, Google, Linkedin, and other ad networks.

● Plan, create, execute and monitor content for our social media presence, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok and blogs.

● Plan, execute and monitor SEO campaigns and performance.

● Complete weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads manager, MOZ, RankWatch etc.

Conduct competitor analysis.

● Write great copies for app push notifications and paid google search campaigns.

● Measure and report performance of all PPC, SEO, email social media and internal campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

● Work with cross-functional departments to successfully achieve company goals.

● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, both online and offline.

Educational Requirement:

Bachelors/ B.B.A preferably in Marketing from any reputed university.

Experience Requirement:

3 – 5 Years of relevant experience.
