The ‘Auto Pay’ feature has recently been added to the bKash app to make utility bill payments easier for customers. If a customer activates this feature, the selected prepaid utility bill will be automatically paid. As a result, customers no longer have to worry about utility disconnections or forgetting to pay prepaid bills by due dates.
bKash has also launched Auto Send Money service along with their bKash Bill Auto Pay service. By launching the bKash Auto Send Money feature, customers can now send a specific amount of money to their selected bKash account at a specified time.
How to use bKash Auto Send Money
1. The customer has to tap on the “SendMoney” option in the app.
2. Go to “Your Auto Pay” section there.
3. Now after entering the “Start New Auto Pay” option, the customer will see the “Send Money” section.
Select Send Money option.
4. Next step is to select Recipient’s bKash Number, Auto Pay Amount, Auto Pay Amount and Date on which Auto Send Money will be done.
5. Then this feature will be enabled if the customer agrees.
Every month before the due date, customers will be notified by message to maintain sufficient balance. Customers can enable “Auto Send Money” for multiple bKash numbers if they want. However, the user can cancel any auto send money setup at any time. Besides, development can turn off the feature at any time.
