bKash Ltd. is looking for Senior Relationship Executive, Corporate Payroll
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing & acquiring accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship, and maximizing sales opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
Job Description
Acquisition:
- Generate lead for fulfillment.
- Hunt new RMG clients and complete acquisition as per the process and strategy.
- Achieve monthly target and KPI for assigned area and segment.
- Manage and update daily and monthly visit reports.
Execution/Co-ordination:
- Collect and process all necessary documents for activating the accounts.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders i.e. Legal, Marketing, Sales Operation for processing accounts.
- Collect competition information for further planning & initiative.
Relationship Management:
- Visit accounts regularly for acquisition & new hunt.
- Introduce the Account manager for their future relationship building & other support.
- Identify the development area while visiting accounts and escalate for further action.
- Develop and design various campaigns with accounts to boost business.
- Represent bKash in a positive and professional manner in the market.
- Manage various reports.
Requirements
Experience:
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Technical/Job Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Interpersonal/Managerial:
- Strong team working abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills preferably in English.
