BRAC Bank Limited is hiring Officer, Brands and Marketing.

BRAC Bank is a pioneering institution in Bangladesh, provides banking solutions to small and medium enterprises. BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Marketing Division.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for looking after the Touch-point branding (Branch, Sub-branch, Unit Office, ATM, Agent Banking Outlets);
Plan and run marketing campaigns for business units;
Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors;
Develop artwork as per the BRAC Bank brand guideline;
Support business units with product promotions;
Assist in designs related to communication and branding;
Organizing events and activations for internal and external stakeholders;
Assist in promotional activities across digital platforms;
Coordinate with business units and strategic partners for marketing requirements.

Educational Requirements

Graduate from a reputed institution with a satisfactory academic track record.

Additional Requirements

Creative and innovative;
Strong command over Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
Previous experience in working with outdoor and outlet branding-related vendors;
Strong negotiation skills, aware of customer centricity self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
