BRAC Bank has entered into a strategic partnership with ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Limited to introduce an advanced digital transaction banking solution aimed at optimizing payment processes and enhancing financial efficiency.

Under this collaboration, BRAC Bank will provide ACI Godrej Agrovet with its API-enabled Agent Banking and Virtual Account solutions, integrating over 6,000 distributors nationwide. The system will enable real-time collection, automated reconciliation, and seamless connectivity with the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.

The agreement was signed by Md Shaheen Iqbal, CFA, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Treasury, Financial Institutions and Corporate and Institutional Banking at BRAC Bank, and Md Mohiuddin, Head of Finance and Accounts at ACI Godrej Agrovet, during a ceremony held at BRAC Bank’s head office in Dhaka on 22 October 2025.

Also present were A K M Faisal Halim, Head of Transaction Banking, and S M Musa, Area Head, Dhaka Regional Corporate, BRAC Bank, along with senior officials from both organisations.

The partnership will streamline dealer collections through a smart receivable management system, ensuring improved transparency and stronger financial control for ACI Godrej Agrovet.

This initiative reflects BRAC Bank’s continued commitment to advancing digital banking infrastructure and empowering businesses across Bangladesh with efficient, technology-driven financial solutions.
