BRAC is hiring Deputy Manager for Brand and Programme Communications

Job Purpose
Support BRAC’s brand building by tracking reputation, executing campaigns, and collaborating with communications teams. Manage relationships with external partners, oversee financials, and implement branding budgets and work plans. Provide guidance on communications strategies, coordinate key events, and enhance communication capacities within the BRAC ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in building BRAC’s brand through reputation tracking and brand equity studies.
- Facilitate effective campaigns and interventions to strengthen BRAC’s brand equity.
- Act as a coordinator between programme and communications teams to assist in creating content and campaigns, as well as support the development of proposals regarding unique communication activities.
- Establish and manage relationships with communications partners, and oversee the financial and contractual aspects with them in accordance with BRAC Procurement Guidelines.
- Implement the Communications and Branding budgets and Annual Work Plans in line with applicable operational guidelines.
- Execute flagship events and campaigns, encompassing message and material development, coordination, and support, while focusing on communications materials to enhance brand awareness and ensure brand alignment.
- Foster good working relationships with other communications teams across the BRAC ecosystem, effectively manage ongoing relationships with key internal teams, ensuring that they are fully supported with branding requirements.
- Support planning and lead the implementation of ongoing capacity development initiatives that will actively enhance the advocacy and communication skills of target groups across the BRAC ecosystem.
- Assist the Senior Manager of Brand and Programme Communications and the Head of Brand and Network Management in building and maintaining working relationships and collaboration within the BRAC ecosystem.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors in Marketing or Communications

Experience: At least 3 years
Additional Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Brand or Corporate Communications, and event design management.
- Strong analytic, problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Project management – multi-tasking ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills and budget management skills
- Knowledge in communication material development and event management
- Proven track record in content development and brand management
