Brahmanbaria man gets car buying Walton fridge

Hasan Ahmed, a resident of Brahmanbaria Sadar, recently acquired a Japanese car at no cost after buying a Walton refrigerator. The event took place as part of Walton’s Digital Campaign Season-18, which offers various customer benefits, as stated in a press release.

During this season, a total of four customers, including Hasan, have already been awarded free cars for purchasing Walton products. The other recipients are Khadiza Bibi from Naogaon, Ratan Lal from Jashore, and Masud Karim from Narayanganj.

Walton is currently conducting a digital campaign nationwide, aiming to build a customer database and provide efficient after-sales services through online platforms. This initiative aligns with the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha festival, as the renowned Bangladesh super brand introduced Season-18, featuring the offer of free cars, products, and attractive cash vouchers for customers who purchase Walton refrigerators, TVs, air conditioners, or washing machines from Walton Plaza, distributor outlets, or the online sales platform e-plaza. These benefits will be available until July 15.

On June 21, in a grand ceremony held in front of Walton’s exclusive showroom, “Ahad Enterprise,” located at Modokbari Mor in town, Hasan was officially presented with the car key by Walton’s Deputy Managing Director (DMD) Amdadul Hoque Sarker and Senior Executive Director Amin Khan, a popular film actor.

The event was attended by other notable personalities, including Walton’s Senior Executive Director Firoj Alam, Executive Director Neamul Haque, Regional Sales Manager Rakibul Hasan, and Ahad Enterprise’s Proprietor Abdul Ahad.

Hasan Ahmed, along with his eight-member family, resides in Behair village under Uttor Natai union. On June 18, he purchased a 213-litre Walton fridge worth Tk34,490 from the local brand’s exclusive distributor outlet, “Ahad Enterprise.” Following the purchase, he digitally registered his newly-acquired fridge using his mobile number.

Shortly after, Hasan received an SMS from Walton, notifying him that he had won a car free of charge. Expressing his disbelief, he thanked Walton and said, “We are delighted to see that Walton authorities have fulfilled their promises to customers. My trust in Walton has grown stronger.”

Walton’s DMD Amdadul Hoque Sarker remarked, “Bangladeshi people can now easily purchase internationally-standard electronics products at affordable prices. Walton, having earned the trust of domestic customers, has become the country’s leading electronics brand. In addition to meeting local demands, Walton exports its ‘Made in Bangladesh’ labeled products to over 40 countries. Walton will continue its dedicated services to the people of our nation.”
