Job Context
- We are looking for dynamic and experience talent for immediate appointment of Brand Technical Manager position who has solid experience in 100% export oriented Denims garments. He/she must have substantial, experience in the following areas and must be self-driven and self-motivated to take challenge & deliver high quality results.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the SOP of American Eagle for all steps of production.
- Maintain that SOP in production process bond to finishing of the products.
- Maintain the compliance issues as per the SOP of American Eagle.
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
- Should have knowledge on Washing & latest Washing technologies to fulfill the buyer requirements.
- Train up the operator for Brand implementation. Develop and improve existing QC system
- Assure the Quality of product as per customer’s requirements.
- Proper store keeping of production materials like, Cloths & Garments accessories.
- Maintain all the necessary files and documents as per the instruction of American eagle.
- Taking the necessary actions not to violation of rules and compliance issues.
- Maintain the necessary documents from fabric inspection, cutting, sewing and finishing.
- Lead and develop an effective team of QA, QC and technical staff who are responsible for all quality related assignments/issues
- Liaison with the buyers regarding major quality issues.
- Maintain the reject management.
- Make a good relationship and liaison with the Company and the buyers.
- Devise innovative growth strategies.
- Report any deviation in QA system to the management.

Educational Requirements
- Masters/Bachelor degree in any discipline
- B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university will get preference.
- Skills Required: Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
- At least 10 years’ experience in denims garments industry.
- Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skill.
- Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
- Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
- Good knowledge & skills in computing.
- Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
