Butterfly Group, one of Bangladesh’s leading electronics companies, is seeking experienced and result-driven Territory Sales Officers (Dealer Sales) to expand and strengthen our nationwide dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.

Identify, onboard, and engage potential new dealers to grow market presence.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding at dealer outlets.
-
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments.
-
Conduct market visits to check dealer inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment.
-
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for prompt delivery.

Organize promotional activities, product demonstrations, and campaigns.
-
Submit timely sales reports, route plans, and market feedback.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in dealer sales (electronics industry preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record in managing dealer networks and territory growth.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus).
-
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
