BYSL Global Technology Group seeks Executive/Sr. Executive, Communications to develop strategies, manage channels, and enhance brand image. Strong communication skills required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow guidelines of the line manager to implement communication strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Determine, craft and convey key messages to the target audiences through appropriate communication channels.
- Own different writing projects and through effective collaboration with various cross-functional teams complete each project within the deadline.
- Create engaging and persuasive content for various communication channels, such as press releases, articles, blog posts, website content, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
- Help realize social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives using appropriate metrics and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure alignment of communication efforts with overall organizational strategies, etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Psychology, Marketing or any related field.
- Must have excellent academic records.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing.
Experiences: 2 years of experience in communications, journalism, or a related field
