For the first time, MasterCard and BRAC Bank have launched the super-premium credit card ‘MasterCard Tara World’ for women. BRAC Bank launched MasterCard on Wednesday.
The ‘MasterCard Tara World’ credit card is the first super-premium world credit card in Bangladesh, designed with women in mind. This card will meet the needs of women with more advanced payment solutions as well as improve the payment and shopping experience. Benefits of this card include cashback, welcome voucher, 50% waiver of first-year annual fee, and bonus reward points for transactions. In addition to the attractive benefits of various health packages, there are six times reward points for grocery shopping every Saturday, transaction facilities at the parlor, and special benefits for family members when traveling.
‘MasterCard Tara World’ cardholders will get exclusive benefits in beauty salons, jewelry shops, e-commerce portals, grocery, clothing stores, etc. in the welcome on-board package. Benefits include a special cashback offer, double reward points, access to the Balaka Lounge, seven visit facilities with a partner in the Priority Pass Lounge, and two free supplementary cards.
In a virtual event, the launch of MasterCard was announced. Speaking on the occasion, BRAC Bank Managing Director and CEO Selim Reza Farhad Hossain said, “BRAC Bank is proud to launch ‘MasterCard Tara World Credit Card’ for the first time in a joint venture for women, especially those who have been successful in their personal and professional careers.”
