The company operates as a marketplace for fabrics and ready-made garments in Europe, America, and Australia. The company is looking for Marketing Executive/ Senior Marketing Executive.

Job description:

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities for Marketing the Fabrics of Knit, Oven & Denim within the RMG industry in Bangladesh.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote ChinaBangla Textile Limited’s products, including fabrics, garments, and other textile solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking to establish connections with new customers, both locally and internationally.
• Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the design and sales teams to create and execute campaigns that enhance the company’s brand image and visibility.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, including preparing promotional materials, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize the company’s online presence through social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
• Event Coordination: Plan and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other events to showcase ChinaBangla Textile Limited’s products and capabilities.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure they align with business objectives.
• Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the textile industry to recommend innovative marketing approaches.

• Age 22 to 27 years
• Should have 1 year experience in the following business area: Textile /RMG sector.
• No experience is required for the freshers.
• The freshers are highly appreciated for apply.
