ChutneyAds [A Concern of PriyoShop] is looking for Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager [Strategic Business Unit]

ChutneyAds, a Singapore based company, operates in Bangladesh as one of the fastest-growing AdTech networks in the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) space.

They are hiring a Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager who will:
• Manage client meetings (often outdoors or on-site)
• Drive sales of our DOOH media inventory
• Ensure smooth onboarding and relationship management
This role demands energy, discipline, and the ability to work under pressure while keeping a cool head in a fast-moving adtech business.

𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Strategic Business Unit
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Dhanmondi, Dhaka (Headquarters)
𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: BDT 20K-60K (Based on Position & Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Acquisition
– Identify and approach potential clients including FMCG, telco, retail, real estate, startup and agency partners.
– Prepare customized presentations and Pitch DOOH advertising solutions and close deals to meet business and sales targets.
– Conduct regular field visits and outdoor meetings with client marketing teams
– Present ChutneyAds solutions with clear ROI and audience targeting benefits
– Convert leads and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Client Onboarding & Account Handling
– Manage client onboarding process, from contract signing to campaign launch
– Coordinate with the operations and content teams for campaign rollout
– Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients for performance updates, feedback, and upselling opportunities
– Act as a point of contact for resolving client issues promptly and professionally
  • Strategy & Reporting
– Report weekly/monthly sales progress and client status
– Update sales pipeline and CRM
– Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities
– Collaborate with Ads Operations teams to align client needs with execution
  • Leadership Scope (for Assistant Manager Role)
– Mentor BDEs, providing mentorship, training, and support in achieving individual KPIs
– Participate in setting sales strategy and team targets in collaboration with leadership

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Executive: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, advertising, media.
• Lead: experience advertising agencies or OOH/DOOH) + leadership capability
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
