JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth through both offline and online channels.
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
· Create and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
· Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
· Manage relationships with vendors and partners to enhance marketing initiatives and promotions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
· Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
· Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
· No specific educational qualifications are required. Individuals from diverse educational backgrounds, including fresh graduates, dropouts, PhD holders, and those who do not adhere to traditional institutional education, are welcome to apply.
· Individuals with prior experience in online or offline marketing are encouraged to submit their applications for positions at City Pavilion Sales Center. Applicants who lack formal educational qualifications are also welcomed to apply.
· Experience in the FMCG industry is a must.
· Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving sales growth and increasing market share.
· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Solid understanding of both offline and online marketing principles and techniques, with a creative and strategic mindset.
· Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
