DBBL holds Managers’ Conference-2023
The Dutch-Bangla Bank held its Managers’ Conference – 2023 on January 21st and 22nd, 2023 in Dhaka. The purpose of the conference was to evaluate the bank’s overall performance in the year 2022 and to develop strategies and plans for achieving targets in 2023.
On January 21st and 22nd, 2023, the Dutch-Bangla Bank held its Managers’ Conference 2023 in Dhaka with the aim of assessing the bank’s overall performance in 2022 and creating strategies and plans to achieve goals in 2023.
During his speech, the managing director thoroughly examined the plans for reaching the company’s goals for 2022. He praised the branch managers and their teams for successfully reaching their targets in 2022. He also urged those managers who fell short of their targets for 2022 to exert all their efforts to reach the goals set for 2023.
He also highlighted the importance of growing the bank’s operations by utilizing the latest technology, such as Fast Tracks online banking, ATM’s, Mobile Banking “Rocket”, Agent Banking networks, POS terminals, and NexusPay, in the year 2023.
He also instructed branch managers to enhance the level of customer service provided. The branch managers acknowledged the potential for growth and committed to meeting their financial goals for 2023.
