The inauguration of Jinnat Textile Mills by DBL Group stands as a pivotal moment, underlining their dedication to textile excellence. The event, held at DBL Industrial Park in Sylhet, hosted distinguished guests, including Sarah Cooke, the British High Commissioner to Bangladesh, and Shaikh Yusuf Harun, Executive Chairman of Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA), among others.

Jinnat Textile Mills, a part of DBL Group, is set to deliver top-notch textiles for global markets, as per the press release. The establishment received a $52 million loan from British International Investment (BII), the UK government’s development finance institution.

Sarah Cooke’s presence as the esteemed chief guest symbolized the deep ties between Bangladesh and the United Kingdom. She expressed pride in the UK’s commitment to support Bangladesh’s development goals through private sector investment and green economic growth.
