Responsibilities & Context
- Analyze competitive market environment & identify new business opportunities.
- Formulate the marketing plan of assigned portfolio/ products (specially in Gyne & Urology).
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to meet sales targets.
- Design promotional materials and ensure timely supply and distribution in coordination with relevant departments.
- Visit doctor/nutritionist/customer to strengthen relationships & monitor the promotional activities.
- Monitor field activities and gather market insights.
- Track prescription trends and sales performance; take corrective actions as needed.
- Organize monthly regional conferences and product training sessions.
- Develop training materials and provide continuous development support to the sales force.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmacy
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Additional Requirements
- More than 3 years experience on Gyne & Urology portfolio are required;
- MBBS degree will be preferred;
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for professional correspondence and internal communication.
