Job Responsibilities

• Lead and accelerate the process of new product developments and existing product development.
• Plans, implements, and executes successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion, and advertising).
• Provides reporting to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing trade and consumer promotion programs.
• Ensure the sales growth and Net Profit as per company expectations and also keep a close look on customer retention.
• Ensure the sales target of each brand for the responsible category
• Sets brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to determine competitors’ movements, gaps, opportunities, and consumer trends
• Develop long-term and short-term strategies for the product category.
• Develop strategies for unsuccessful products
• In-depth understanding of Packaging materials and raw materials
• Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
• Collaborates with sales team for specific strategies & recommends implementation framework.
• Monitor the demand plan performance throughout the month to provide detailed input to the production team for use in the demand review meetings
• Work closely with internal designers and external agencies to generate designs within our brand guidelines
