Job Context
- Desh Bangla Security Services Limited is looking for both experienced and fresher dynamic, energetic personnel to be employed as Marketing Executive.
Job Responsibilities
- Must be target oriented, achieving sales target of the company.
- Prepare a sales plan and fulfill the target.
- Regular follow-up with potential clients
- Develop new clients and maintain strong relationship with potential clients.
- Visit potential customers to prospect for new business. Market visits, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
- Make presentations for potential customers.
- Manage new potential customers through personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a personal service.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
- Prepare daily & monthly sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Must be capable of achieving the company’s sales target monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly.
- Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Any other relevant tasks assigned by management.
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Strong communication skills
Experience Requirements
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales & Marketing - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Security Service - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Strong Oral & written communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
- Be adaptable, able to mold to an ever-changing environment.
- Must be capable work under pressure.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
