Guardian Life Insurance Limited has appointed Detepriya Roy Chowdhury as its new Senior Assistant Vice President, bringing aboard a seasoned professional with more than 11 years of diverse experience in purpose-driven development and strategic brand communications.
Detepriya’s career reflects a strong dedication to social impact and meaningful storytelling. She spent over six transformative years in the development sector with BRAC and the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), where she led initiatives in youth empowerment, health, sustainability, and wellness.

Before her development-sector leadership, she worked for five years at Asiatic Marketing Communications, shaping influential brand narratives and experiences for leading global and local organizations. In addition to her professional career, Detepriya is an art-for-wellness coach, mental health advocate, and facilitator.
