Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with proven expertise in real estate property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful deal closures through both fieldwork and strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Manage property sales and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.

Collaborate with creative and sales teams to prepare marketing materials.

Execute digital and offline campaigns to promote properties.

Represent the company at real estate expos, fairs, and promotional events.

Ensure consistent follow-ups with clients and achieve sales targets.

Prepare and submit periodic sales reports.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate property sales (mandatory).

Age 28 years or above.

Proven record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Energetic, field-oriented, and results-focused.
