ACI Formulations Limited distributes and manufactures AkzoNobel’s Dulux brand in Bangladesh, ensuring the availability of high-quality decorative paints in the local market. Through this partnership, ACI brings AkzoNobel’s global expertise and trusted Dulux products to Bangladeshi consumers.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable growth.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure marketing initiatives support overall company objectives and KPIs.
- Design, implement, and manage high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the company`s digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Optimize the company’s online presence and user experience through strategic website management and digital content creation.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to amplify brand initiatives and reach.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Track and report on budget performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize spending and enhance ROI. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Plan and manage events, sponsorships, and partnerships that enhance the customer experience and elevate the brand.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Communication Analysis
Experience Requirements
- At least 6 year(s)
