eCourier launches Insta Pay

eCourier, an initiative under Dotlines Ltd, has just launched their new payment service ‘Insta Pay’ for merchant accounts- making it easier and faster to get paid instantaneously for their logistics services in Bangladesh and beyond!

The ‘Insta Pay’ service is designed to help merchants and businesses receive their payments instantly when the delivery is completed and they have received the cash, according to a media release.

This service is designed to help merchants receive their money instantly and electronically. For now, we’re using MFS (mobile money transfer) but we’ll be introducing bank account transfers soon. This will help take the burden off of merchants having to constantly worry about receiving their payments on time.

Merchants who have products, parcels, or documents delivered to any location in Bangladesh can expect to receive their payments digitally and instantly without any delay.

In this digital era, end customers prefer cash on delivery (COD) services. A recent report by a national media stated that 97% of online customers opt for COD as their payment method.

For small to medium sized merchants, cash on delivery service is usually burdensome as their investment is stuck until the courier or parcel delivery company reconciles the payment, which happens at best once a week.

eCourier is a platform that has introduced technology enabled 360 logistics services over the last 7 years.
