Executive Agro Ltd is looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic marketing and Sales Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Credit card, insurance and Loan/ Land Development industry/ Hotel & Resort Time Share. This candidate should have at least 3 to 5years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
Responsibilities & Context
- To achieve target of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Share/ownership.
- To follow up with further steps of the sales process.
- Searching and expansion of new markets.
- Any other task given by the management

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 22 years
- Only Female can apply.
- Adequate knowledge on Land/ Real Estate business as well as present market scenario.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling
- Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers.
