Communication
· Support the development and implementation of communication and branding strategies to enhance the organization’s image and reputation.
· Plan, manage and execute PR and brand communications program
· coordination and execution of events, sponsorships, and other business initiatives. · Cultivate good media relations
· Provide administrative and ad-hoc project support
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and branding.
Digital Marketing
· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing.
· Manage social media accounts and post regular updates.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
· Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerge technologies to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.
· Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
· Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on social media and other online platforms.
Content Design
· Create and design engaging and effective graphical content for various digital platforms, such as websites, social media, email marketing, and other marketing collateral on graphics design tools.
· Conduct research and analysis to identify user needs and preferences, and using that information to inform content strategy and design.
· Write and edit copy, headlines, and other content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.
· Developing and executing content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
· Manage and organize content assets, including images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content design and effectiveness.
· Conduct user testing and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of content design and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
· Ensure content is accessible and inclusive to all users, including those with disabilities or other accessibility needs.
