Fair Electronics Ltd, one of the fastest growing consumer electronics companies in Bangladesh, is hiring an experienced Area Manager Dealer Sales to lead and expand its dealer network across the country. The company seeks a seasoned sales professional with strong expertise in dealer management, channel development, and consumer electronics distribution.
The Area Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly dealer sales targets, opening new dealer points, ensuring cash deposits, monitoring financial statements, and maintaining regular communication with dealers and wholesalers. The role requires deep market understanding, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly dealer sales targets
• Introduce new dealer points every month
• Ensure cash deposit from dealer points on time
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly financial statements of dealer sales
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned region or territory
• Meet dealers and wholesalers to understand needs and provide solutions
• Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align product offerings with market needs
• Follow up and maintain dealer sales claim policy
• Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements
• Master of Business Studies or Master of Business Administration
• Six to twelve years of experience in electronic equipment or home appliances industry
• Age between thirty and fifty years
• Strong knowledge of dealer or channel development and dealer sales
