Position Overview:
Fashol is looking for a creative, analytical, and passionate Brand & Marketing Executive to join its mission of transforming Bangladesh’s agriculture sector. The role offers an opportunity to lead impactful marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to building a stronger connection between farmers, partners, and consumers.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Manage digital and offline marketing channels (social media, email, events)

Assist in brand positioning, messaging, and creative content development

Track and analyze campaign performance to improve results

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent brand communication

Support PR initiatives and media relations
Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills

Creative thinker with problem-solving and analytical ability

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
