On the j0b training which will offer the right Candidates a comprehensive learning of overall brand strategy and planning process. Upon successful completion of the two-wear Management Trainee Program, the candidates will be absorbed into the managerial grade of fob Bitopi’s planning department.
The planning management trainees will be entitled to a Consolidated monthly remuneration of 40, 000/- BDT for 2 years of probation period, on successful and satisfactory completion, management trainees will be confirmed as ‘Assistant Managers’ with a consolidated monthly remuneration.
