This achievement has led to savings of Tk30 million and demonstrates the company’s dedication to improving processes and operational efficiency, surpassing financial goals.
The head of General Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Rafidul Haq, praised the team for surpassing their learning goals. He was pleased with the completion of 10 Lean Six Sigma projects, which went beyond what the company had hoped for. This success shows how dedicated and capable the team is. Mr. Haq also confirmed that the company will take on more varied projects in the future to keep improving their operations.
Dr. Rezaul Ahsan, the HR director at General Pharmaceuticals Ltd., praised the Lean Six Sigma consultancy and training done in partnership with STC as the top HR initiative of 2023. During this time, she provided essential leadership and expertise to the teams at General Pharmaceuticals, ensuring they followed Lean Six Sigma principles. Her role as a Master Black Belt for GPL was crucial in the success of these projects, emphasizing the significance of strong leadership in achieving operational excellence.
