Key Responsibilities:
- Handle various garment accessory styles with strong product knowledge
- Manage multiple buyers and styles simultaneously
- Communicate effectively with buyers and meet their requirements
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
- Set and monitor monthly sales targets aligned with production capacity
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Strong sales and marketing knowledge in garments and accessories
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Decision-making capability and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Convincing ability and strong customer handling skills
- Patience, teamwork, flexibility, and innovative problem-solving
- Strong people management and motivational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Fluent in written and verbal English
Experience Required: 3–4 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from BUFT, SANTO MARIAM, BUTEX or any reputed institute preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- 3–4 years in Sales & Marketing of Garments Accessories
- Candidates with experience as GM/Manager in Garments Accessories will receive priority and additional benefits
