Grameenphone has entered a strategic partnership with Mobileum Inc., a global leader in analytics and network solutions, to enhance its revenue assurance and fraud management (RAFM) systems. Mobileum will deliver its state-of-the-art Active Intelligence Platform (AIP) to Grameenphone, supporting the company’s transformation in risk management. This collaboration underscores Grameenphone’s dedication to innovation, aiming to meet evolving customer needs while ensuring a secure and superior user experience.

Aligning with Grameenphone’s goal of becoming a forward-looking telco-tech company, this partnership will enable the company to better detect and prevent revenue leakage, bolster its fraud detection capabilities, and gain deeper customer insights. Utilizing real-time machine learning algorithms, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI), the partnership is set to improve the safety and efficiency of Grameenphone’s services, according to a press release.
