Green Delta Insurance, Navana inks MoU
Green Delta Insurance and Navana Limited recently signed an agreement, called a memorandum of understanding (MoU), that allows Navana’s customers to access special offers from the insurer.
According to a press release, Syed Moinuddin Ahmed, the additional managing director of Green Delta Insurance and Ahmed Saquib, the chief operating officer of Navana Limited, signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) at Navana’s office in Dhaka.
“Through this partnership, we will be able to enhance customer satisfaction by providing them with exclusive value-added benefits,” said Moinuddin Ahmed, the additional managing director of Green Delta Insurance.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Green Delta Insurance and Navana Limited will allow Navana’s customers to access motor insurance services from the insurer. These services will include the installation of a VTS device with a monthly subscription, access to health care for tele-consultation and discounts, fast claim settlement, and cashless facilities at Navana Service Centers.
During the signing of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Green Delta Insurance and Navana Limited, Moniruzzaman Khan (head of digital business at Green Delta Insurance), Mohammad Ullah Shajib (head of service center at Navana Limited), and Md Saleh Uddin (head of supply chain and logistics at Toyota Sales Unit) were present.
