Position Overview:

Haier Bangladesh Limited, a joint venture under the globally renowned Haier Group, is looking for dynamic and proactive Territory Sales Officers to drive Sell-Out growth in assigned territories. This role involves ensuring brand visibility, executing trade marketing initiatives, tracking competition, and collaborating with retailers, channel partners, and the field force to achieve business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sell-Out growth in assigned territory through effective retail engagement.

  • Ensure POP/POSM execution & monitoring at outlets to strengthen brand presence.

  • Implement and maintain Display Planogram standards across stores.

  • Conduct Field Training for Field Sales Managers (FSMs) & Promoters to boost sales capability.

  • Track competitor activities and provide regular market insights.

  • Build and maintain strong relations with retailers, distributors, channel partners, and field force

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Sales / Trade Marketing / Retail Execution in consumer electronics.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.

    • Willingness to work under pressure with frequent field visits.

    • Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
