HB Eco Agro Limited is recruiting Officer or Senior Officer Sales and Marketing to expand its fisheries portfolio across Bangladesh. The role focuses on fish fry and fish medicine sales, dealer development, and farmer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make regular market and farm visits, open new dealers, and run promotions
- Monitor sales and on time delivery of fish medicine and fish fry
- Gather market feedback, prepare proposals, and maintain follow ups
- Identify and onboard potential dealers and farmers in assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and prospect new ones
- Recommend feeding or treatment plans based on client needs
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure mutually profitable outcomes
- Track inventory and forecast demand for timely supply
- Coordinate with marketing on materials and campaigns to grow sales
- Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and professionally
- Track competitors and industry trends to refine sales strategy
- Submit regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and market insights
Requirements
- B Sc in Fisheries or equivalent. Main certificate must be shown at viva
- Two to five years of experience in fisheries business
- Hands on expertise in selling fish fry and fish medicine
- Own motorcycle
- Security money required BDT fifty thousand
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship skills
