HMBR Tools & Chemichals Ltd. is looking for a data-savvy and proactive Marketing Analyst/Officer to drive local distribution and global market expansion. In this role, you will analyze market trends, optimize e-commerce performance, and execute targeted campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Your work will directly impact our brand’s growth in Bangladesh and international markets, ensuring cost-effective reach and high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
Market & Sales Analysis –
- Conduct primary and secondary research to identify local/international customer needs, competitor strategies, and pricing trends.
- Analyze sales data from distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms (Daraz, Amazon, Alibaba) to identify top-performing products and gaps.
- Track seasonal demand patterns to optimize inventory and promotional planning.
Campaign Strategy & Execution –
- Design multichannel campaigns (email, social media, TVC/OVC, trade shows) tailored for local and international audiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad content (banners, videos, product listings).
- Implement A/B testing for campaigns to refine messaging and visuals.
E-Commerce & Digital Platform Management –
- Manage and optimize product listings on Alibaba, Amazon, Daraz, and other B2B/B2C platforms.
- Monitor product rankings, reviews, and SEO to improve visibility and sales performance.
- Run targeted email campaigns (e.g., newsletters, abandoned cart emails) for lead nurturing.
Distribution & Local Market Penetration –
- Work with the sales team to analyze distributor performance and identify underpenetrated regions.
- Recommend trade promotions or retailer incentives to boost offline sales. –
- Map customer journeys across online/offline touchpoints for seamless brand experiences.
Performance Tracking & Reporting –
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on KPIs:
- Cost per acquisition (CPA), ROI by channel.
- E-commerce conversion rates, bounce rates.
- Local vs. international sales growth.
- Present insights to management with actionable recommendations.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce (e.g., Google Analytics, Alibaba Academy). (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho) or marketing automation. (Preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- 2 to 5 years

Technical Skills: –
- E-commerce platforms: Amazon Seller Central, Alibaba Store Management, Daraz Seller Panel.
- Tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- SEO/SEM basics (keyword research, product listing optimization).
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, creativity, and adaptability to global market trends.
