Huawei Technologies Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Cloud) to join its team and drive the growth of cloud business in Bangladesh. This leadership position requires a highly skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience in ICT, enterprise application markets, and a deep understanding of cloud services. The successful candidate will oversee the strategic development and execution of Huawei’s cloud business plans, manage customer relationships, and expand market opportunities for public and private cloud solutions.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the cloud business strategy, monitoring key sales projects, and establishing long-term partnerships with local customers. You will need to leverage your expertise in cloud services, including public/private cloud, networking, security, SaaS, and other cloud-related offerings to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement cloud business strategy and plan for the local market
• Own the cloud business operations, customer relationships, and market objectives
• Manage key sales projects and ensure successful execution and project success
• Coordinate product promotions and technical penetration to the customer base
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with local customers
• Explore new customer groups and identify new product opportunities in the market
• Optimize sales organization, define roles, and lead the sales team to success
• Cultivate and improve the cloud business market in Bangladesh
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably EEE, CSE, ECE, ETE) or Business Management
• At least 5 years of experience in ICT, enterprise, or application market
• At least 3 years of experience in business development in cloud services (public/private)
• Basic knowledge of software, cloud services, and products (SaaS, storage, networking, etc.)
• Experience in market planning and opportunity identification
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in communication and a strong business acumen
