Position Overview:
The Brand Executive will play a pivotal role in planning and executing marketing communication strategies for IDLC’s capital market subsidiaries IDLC Investments and IDLC Securities. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role involves campaign development, stakeholder collaboration, agency management, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Campaign Planning:

Act as the primary brand liaison for IDLC Securities and IDLC Investments

Design and implement annual communication plans for capital market products (e.g., mutual funds, stock trading, IPOs)

Prepare content briefs, monitor execution, and ensure on-time campaign delivery across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms
Brand & Design Alignment:

Ensure consistency of capital market communications with IDLC’s overall brand strategy

Maintain uniform tone, visual language, and messaging across all communication materials

Assist subsidiaries in creative brainstorming and visual development
Agency and Vendor Management:

Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies for campaign rollouts

Maintain quality control and enforce brand compliance standards
Market Intelligence & Insight Development:

Monitor competitor communication and capital market trends

Share actionable insights to refine messaging, improve positioning, and enhance campaign effectiveness
Internal Coordination:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage approvals and feedback

Provide updates to the Head of Marketing regarding campaign performance and support needs of subsidiaries
Job Requirements:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
-
2–4 years of relevant experience in brand communication
Additional Skills:
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Bangla)

Familiarity with capital markets and investor behaviour

Detail-oriented and highly creative
-
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities

Proficient in managing external vendors and creative agencies
